Telo is the second offering from Ooma, the only company in the history of the telecom industry that offers you the opportunity to own your dial tone and wave goodbye to monthly phone bills. You simply connect the ooma devices to your high-speed Internet and phone for free.
The transformation of telecom service from a monthly subscription model to a one-time device purchase meant that Astro had to create the form and function of a premium consumer electronics device...and this time we added a fully featured free-range handset.
Astro designed Ooma products to be immediately approachable and useable when VoIP intimidates most people at some level. The color shifting backlit buttons, familiar iconography, and analog tactile feel reflect the unconstrained digital intelligence running wild inside. Telo blends into almost any domestic setting, but also extends the brand Ooma well into the small business arena.
